On Memorial Day, Austin turns its signature lakefront into a race course as the Ascension Seton CapTex Triathlon launches from Auditorium Shores on Lady Bird Lake. Expect a festival feel at the finish with spectators lining the park paths and plenty of city energy just steps from the water. Racers tackle swim, bike, and run legs that show off Austin’s skyline and greenbelt corridors, with the start and finish anchored at the shoreline hub of Town Lake Metropolitan Park.
