Bike Grand Teton’s road before cars return
A spring-only window to bike and walk the closed Teton Park Road in Grand Teton National Park, with views, wildlife stops, and picnic pullouts.
Event details
For a few precious spring weeks, Grand Teton’s famed Teton Park Road becomes a quiet ribbon for bikes, joggers, and stroller walks before vehicles return. With the Tetons still snow-striped and the valley waking up, it’s one of the most family-friendly ways to experience the park’s big scenery at your own pace.
Pack a picnic, rent bikes in Jackson, and aim for a sunrise cruise toward the Cathedral Group. Stop at pullouts for wildlife spotting and quick kid-friendly breaks, then finish with a warm drink back in Moose or Jackson.
