Opening the last week of August and running into Labor Day weekend 2025 at the Bingham County Fairgrounds, the Eastern Idaho State Fair offers carnival rides, livestock auctions, agri-exhibits and nightly grandstand concerts. Veterans parade and Junior Livestock Show highlight community involvement. Food vendors serve funnel cakes and regional specialties.
