The West's Biggest Boat Show Takes Over Lake Havasu's Windsor Beach
The 35th Annual Lake Havasu Boat Show runs April 17–19, 2026, at Lake Havasu State Park. More than 140 exhibitors, $50M in watercraft, the Kingman Cornhole Championships, live music, and free parking. $10 admission; kids under 10 free.
Event details
Each April, Lake Havasu City transforms into the marine industry’s most accessible showroom, and 2026 marks the 35th year that the Lake Havasu Marine Association has staged the Lake Havasu Boat Show at Lake Havasu State Park’s Windsor Beach. Set along the shoreline of Lake Havasu, the event runs Friday through Sunday, April 17 to 19, and draws more than 140 exhibitors displaying over $50 million in boats, watercraft, gear, and accessories. It is the largest outdoor boat show in the Western United States, and its lakeside setting is a significant part of the appeal.
The show is presented by the Lake Havasu Marine Association and sponsored by Anderson Powersports, the tristate region’s leading dealer of personal watercraft, UTVs, and recreational vehicles. Brands on the water include Advantage, Bennington, Boston Whaler, Cobalt, DCB, Eliminator, Malibu, Mastercraft, Nordic, Nautique, Sea-Doo, and Yamaha, among more than 50 named manufacturers. Fishing boats, pontoons, family runabouts, wakeboard boats, personal watercraft, and high-performance sport boats all share the exhibit space. Many of the vessels on display are manufactured right in Lake Havasu City, which adds a point of local manufacturing heritage that sets this show apart from convention-center trade events.
Three Days on the Water’s Edge
Beyond the boats, the weekend schedule pulls in families and groups with a broader program. Live entertainment runs each day on the Radio Central stage. The Kingman Cornhole Championships offer cash prizes for first, second, and third place in singles and doubles brackets, with registration available on-site the morning of competition. Beer gardens and a full food vendor lineup keep things comfortable through the warm Arizona afternoons, and the backdrop of Lake Havasu and the Mohave Valley hills makes even a slow walk between exhibits feel like time well spent.
Admission is $10 for adults, free for children under 10, and dogs on a leash are welcome throughout the grounds. Parking is free. The venue address is Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor 4, 171 London Bridge Rd, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
> Quick Tips
> April afternoons in Lake Havasu City average in the low 90s. Start your day early to cover the exhibits before the heat builds. Sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle are non-negotiable. The beer gardens open around midday.
The Lake as Context
Lake Havasu stretches roughly 25 miles along the Arizona-California border, formed in 1938 when Parker Dam was completed across the Colorado River. The same waterway that gives the show its setting also makes Lake Havasu City one of Arizona’s premier boating destinations year-round. After the show hours close, the Bridgewater Channel and the area around London Bridge offer a quiet walk with lake views on both sides. Early morning kayak rentals are available from several outfitters near the park entrance for those who want to read the water themselves before studying it in a showroom.
> If You’re Going With Kids
> The show’s open layout gives children room to move, and many exhibitors offer hands-on demonstrations. The cornhole competition draws participants of all ages, and the food vendor lineup includes snack-friendly options. Strollers work well on the flat, paved areas closest to the shoreline.
