Held over Labor Day weekend (Aug 30–Sept 1, 2025), the New Haven Road Race, established in 1978, attracts over 7,000 participants, including world-class elites and age-group competitors. The point-to-point course weaves from West Haven into downtown New Haven, finishing in historic Wooster Square. Post-race festivities include awards ceremonies, food trucks and live local music.
