From late August through Monday, September 1, 2025, the Oregon State Fair at the Salem Fairgrounds features livestock exhibitions, a carnival midway, major daily concerts on the L.B. Day Amphitheatre stage, agricultural contests, and a wide array of food vendors offering regional specialties. Though fireworks are not officially scheduled, past editions have included evening displays to cap off the holiday weekend .
