On Sunday, August 31, 2025 in Newport, RI, Riverfest Labor Day Fireworks returns to the harbor. At dusk (~9 PM) choreographed pyrotechnics launch over the water, synchronized to a live soundtrack. Premium viewing packages at the Newport Aquarium terrace include catered hors d’oeuvres and open bar. Public viewing along Memorial Boulevard and nearby parks is free. Family zones feature children’s activities and food vendors.
