The Harbormaster manages public and private moorings, 1,700 feet of bulkhead, 20 slips at City Dock, more than 17 miles of shoreline, as well as various park docks and street-end landings. The Harbormaster enforces Boating Law and City regulations. Visitors can walk to the Naval Academy and enjoy many other historic points of interest.

Fixed wooden slips plus concrete / pilings bulkhead. Can accommodate bigger boats along the sea wall. No maximum beam limit on the transient bulkhead. 18 foot beam limit on the Reservation (Chandler) bulkhead. $0.50 premium per foot added on Fridays and Saturdays, along with July 4, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Naval Academy Graduation for overnight vessels.
