The marina is located on the southern shore of the Indian River Bay in Sussex County, Delaware, approximately 4 nautical miles west of the Indian River Inlet and Atlantic Ocean.The marina is a 250 slip deepwater floating facility owned and managed by the Bay Colony Marina Slip Owners Association. The marina functions as a condominium. Usage of the marina’s facilities is restricted to slip owners, slip renters and their families.
