The Bayliss family plays a integral role in the operation, with John’s son overseeing various aspects of the builds and his daughter managing marketing and social media. The facility, located on the eastern side of Wanchese, is where meticulous attention to detail and a passion for excellence converge to produce 70- to 80-foot sportfishermen that embody the essence of marine engineering.
