The Belmar Marina is one of the premier marinas along the Atlantic coast. Less than a half-mile from the ocean, floating concrete docks, full security, and services, there is no better place to tie up. Only steps away from our town’s downtown and its many shops and restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Belmar’s magnificent beaches are a mere 8 blocks away—a short and easy walk that will take you through the residential neighborhoods of this quaint and beautiful town. The Belmar Department of Public Works is also responsible for managing the Belmar Marina. From grounds maintenance to the boat slips, the Public Works works 7 days a week during the summer months to provide a clean and friendly marina experience. Recent projects completed by the Public Works includes three new pickleball courts and a new ramadaf, both located at Maclearie Park. The Dept. of Public Works also installed the Kayak Storage Racks by L Street Beach which has a limited amount of space available. We have a gate attendant working the boat ramp in the summer seasons and a token machine located next to the ramp for 24 hour access
