8′ inside. Small 4′ dead low on entrance. Can push through, soft sand.Come into the south approach, approx 1/4 mile south of basin, then head north up to basin entrance into Basin. Reported from Captain Labatt, April 2009: At dead low tide, we grounded right at the entrance to the channel with a 5-foot, 10-inch draft. We later sounded it and found that there is only a small shoal and if we pushed through it, we would have made it into deep water (10 feet +). It was a little nerve-racking through since the channel is surrounded by a rock wall. We came in at mid-tide and had no problems at all. In heavier surge/waves it can be a bit daunting to enter the channel, but the facility is well worth it

Check for special rates. Sometimes 250 a week regardless of size. New owners, new rates. Not expensive as they used to be.18% tax not included. 30′ minimum. Once you get past the shoaling at the entrance, there is plenty of water inside. Rates for October 1 – May 1: $1.50 per foot per day.$2.25 per foot during the summer.Inquire with the office for long term stays.
