Welcome to Monterey Bay BoatworksIn our scenic location at the beginning of the world-famous Cannery Row in Monterey, Monterey Bay Boatworks and Breakwater Cove Marina offer the finest in services to boaters.Conveniently adjacent to the Coast Guard Pier and the Breakwater, our facilities are an easy 5-minute walk to Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the historical downtown area. Visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, walk along Asilomar to Pacific Grove, shop at nearby Carmel, dive the waters of the Monterey Bay Marine sanctuary, or just relax and enjoy our views. Do not be surprised if you see whales breaching or dolphins cavorting. Within the walls of Monterey Bay Boatworks lies a wealth of tradition, history, and skills of a master Boatwright that will always carry on. Called “Maestro” by those who know his work and loved him, he learned the trade at the knees of his father, Angelo Siino, who learned the trade from his father in Italy. Although he no longer walks the docks, we strive to keep Frank Siino’s legacy alive today in Monterey Bay Boatworks.
