The Grande-Rivière Sailing Center is a non-profit organization that has brought together sailing and water sports enthusiasts for 50 years. The sailing center manages the basin, organizes regattas for keelboats and dinghies, and organizes social activities. In addition to being a gathering place, the CVGR is a place for training and learning to sail. In this regard, the CVGR sailing school offers day camps and private sailing lessons to make this sport accessible to all. The CVGR also has a competition team that participates in numerous regattas.
