Deruyter Lake General Store

DeRuyter Lake also known as Tioughnioga Reservoir was constructed in 1860, it took 3 years to build. It now has about 58 year round homes and over 300 summer cottages. The length is about 2 miles long and the average width is 1/2 mile, with an average depth of 18 1/2 feet and a depth of 55 feet on the north end by the dam.
