Boat Launch SitesThe City of Fort Madison provides two (2) public boat access and launch sites: the Fort Madison Marina and Willow Patch Boat Launch.Willow Patch Boat LaunchWillow Patch Boat Launch is located at 1st Street and Avenue G and offers four (4) launch ramps on the Mississippi River just south of the Iowa State Penitentiary. Fort Madison MarinaThe Fort Madison Marina, located at 318 Riverview Drive, provides a high quality facility featuring a restaurant and bar along with a hospitality center for transient and local boaters. Marina OperationsThe Southeast Iowa Aquatic Restoration Group, also known as the Fort Madison Marina, is a non-profit group who oversees the marina and maintains a high standard of operations at the upgraded facilities. All revenue from the marina slip rentals will be allocated towards facility maintenance.
