Slips for 25 vessels in 20-40 foot range. Small clubhouse on site with bait, ice, soda and water for sale to visiting boaters and tenants. Down home atmosphere with industrial operations in the same yard. Winter haul-out and storage. Boat owners can work on their own boats on site.
