The Grand Haven Municipal Marina, situated at 101 N. Harbor Drive in Grand Haven, Michigan, is a beacon for sailors and power boaters alike. With 57 slips, this marina offers seamless access to Lake Michigan, the Grand River, and Spring Lake. Located near the iconic Chinook Pier, the marina provides a range of dockside amenities, including electricity, water, ice, restrooms, and showers, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
The marina features 54 transient slips, 16 seasonal slips dedicated to charter fishing boats, and 3 commercial slips for Sun and Sport. Reservations can be made through the Michigan CRS Customer Service Department. Just west of US-31 and south of the drawbridge, the boat launch on Harbor Island facilitates easy entry into the water, with daily and seasonal passes available.
This marina is part of a rich maritime heritage, with Grand Haven’s history dating back to the U.S. Life Saving Service and the Coast Guard. Today, it stands as a modern and welcoming hub for those who love the water.

High fixed docks with constant rolling action on the west end since the slips are perpendicular to all current and wakes. Floating docks are around the corner and are limited to smaller boats.
