There is an 8′ depth at low tide on protected Factory Creek. The marina is 1/2 mile from the ICW and not subject to ICW wakes. When entering and leaving Factory Creek, charts clearly show deeper water closer to the bridge and further away from G1. You want to be 2/3 of the way or more to the west side of the channel, closer to the bridge for 8 feet of water MLW. Give G1 a lot of room or you will see under 6 feet of water MLW. There are boats anchored in the creek – navigate closer to the boats and farther from the markers for the deepest water

Transients can be on the face dock per availability, whereby there are no beam restrictions. There is 370 feet of face dock with more than 12 feet of depth dockside. We have a 30 foot minimum. Weekly: $10.00/ft/week, 7-day minimum.Monthly: $16.00/ft/month for the first 12 months, then $15/foot thereafter. Dinghy dockage / amenities fee: $20.00 per day for 24-hours (excludes loaner car). Dinghy space is located on either side of the waterway entrance to the main building.
