Nestled in the hills of east Tennessee, our fine floating facility includes a General Store, The Wheelhouse Restaurant, Floating cottages for your South Holston Stays, and the “lookout,” a large second-story deck providing a great gathering place and beautiful views of South Holston Lake. Our mission is to provide our family of customers with the best possible care and maintenance of their boats. And to help provide for enjoyable lake outings with a fun, friendly environment.
