The Marina at Amesbury Point is located on the Merrimac River in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Conveniently based within a mile of routes 95 and 495, members enjoy easy access to the Marina without the aggravation of fighting summer road and water traffic.We are 1 1/2 miles upriver from historic Newburyport and 3 miles from ocean access.The Marina setting is one of natural beauty and tranquility, with eagles nesting, harbor seals sunning and views of undeveloped woodlands on the opposing shore. From our sheltered docking, members are able to enjoy the amenities the river has to offer; great fishing, bird watching, water sports and leisurely cruising of the river, while still having quick and easy access to the ocean.We offer seasonal dockage, transient dockage, free parking and free Wi/Fi.The marina has a full service department that caters to sail and power boats. There is also a marina store on premises for your essential nautical needs.Our member’s clubhouse provides; function room, kitchen, bar, outdoor gas grills and men’s and women’s shower facilities.The Marina at Amesbury Point has a rich nautical history that dates back to the 18th century. We are proud to announce that under it’s new ownership, the nautical tradition continues. Over the next two years the Marina will experience a first-class upgrading of the entire facility.
