Approach the narrow channel from the ICW at very low speed. It is shallow with 5 feet MLW. Remember that sustained winds can push the water out of Florida Bay resulting in even shallower depths. At the community harbor, take the Intracoastal at G65, take a 140-degree heading to the bay markers for Mangrove Marina. The channel into the harbor is very narrow with barely enough room for two boats to cross. 5-feet in the entrance channel. It is shallow in spots since Irma. Generally, no significant current in basin

Some docks have wooden pier extensions. A boater reported coming in with a 53-footer and did not think they could take much more than that.
