McCotters Marina & Boatyard is one of the most trusted marinas in the area for a reason. We are full-service, providing docks with many amenities, repairs, storage, and more. The location is well protected with excellent sailing and fishing, and the land is comfortable and wooded. You don’t own a boat for it to sit at the dock. Easy and direct. Depth variable owing to wind tides. Go to North dock (former gas dock) and walk to marina store. Protected location. Very little if any lunar tide. Wind affected tide. Easterly wind results in rising water and westerly wind lowers water level. Normal variation approximately 1 foot. Sustained strong westerly wind will lower the water more. Typically occurs once a year usually in March

Notes

New fixed docks and finger piers, 2013. Face dock and a number of slips are reserved for transients. The T-heads can accept vessels up to 100 feet. Slips can accept vessel up to 60 feet in length and beam up to 18 feet. Wide fairways and ample sized slips.
