Boaters recognize Meldrum Bay as the first Canada Customs port for those traveling east from Michigan and American ports beyond.The Meldrum Bay Marina and Campground is owned and operated by the citizens of Dawson township, otherwise known as the village of Meldrum Bay. There are 4 newer docks 100 feet long with boats docked along side. The number of boats that can be accommodated is in relation to the length of the boats. Very long and very beamy boats can be docked at the piers.
