Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club Outstation - Port Ludlow

On long holiday weekends, MBYC will host a cruise to our Port Ludlow Outstation. These cruises all have a theme. Our Memorial Day cruise is our most popular with 200 people and 50+ boats. 4th of July and Labor Day are more mellow with 80 or so people and 20+ boats.At Port Ludlow we have 340 feet of dock space and forty two 30 amp power outlets, fresh water, cable TV. Our facility includes the “Long House” picnic shelter with cooking facilities, the “short house” bathroom and shower facilities, “Al’s House” work building and 2.5 acres of grounds.Activities – Our home cruises have plenty of planned activities and lots you can do on your own. We have family friendly activities including Bocce ball, Bingo, Tippecanoe races, movie night, waterfall walks, crafts, games and other activities. You can kayak, bike, walk, golf, play badminton or horse shoes. Crabbing is popular. Poker and Bridge games are regular events. Our Saturday Happy Hour will include a themed costume contest. You can also just relax and hang out on the dock.Food – You won’t go hungry at a Port Ludlow Cruise. Friday night kicks off the cruise with a potluck. Pancake or continental breakfasts. Saturday dinner is always good, but it can’t top the Sunday signature dinner. For the last 50 years we have had a Salmon bake on Memorial Day, on 4th of July you hope Bud will do his pig roast, and Labor Day features prime rib. We always have a keg on tap, wine, lemonade and tea.
