In 2005, Palm Harbor Marina replaced Mahogany Landing Marina, which was originally built in 1985 before it was severely damaged by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. Palm Harbor was rebuilt using the most advanced modern dock-building techniques, featuring floating docks made of aluminum with hardwood Ipe decking. The docks are anchored in place with massive concrete pilings that are 70’ in length which extend 18’ out of the water to deal with storm surges. In addition to these structural improvements, prominent amenities such as power, fresh water, and WiFi delivering high-speed internet make Palm Harbor Marina a premier Pensacola destination for boat lovers.
