The majority of the marina consists of floating docks. There is also 150 feet of fixed dock available if needed. The megadock can accommodate up to a 460-foot vessel. Anything over this size would have to be confirmed by the Harbormaster. The depth at low tide off the megadock is 25-feet. Any vessels with a draft of more than 12 feet need to access the CBP marker on the Ashley River. Nightly Dockage Rates: Less than 70 feet: $2.35 per foot per night. 70 feet – 149 feet: $2.85 per foot per night. 150 feet plus: $3.70 per foot per night. Cruise ship: $4.25 per foot per night. Monthly Dockage Rates: January – $24.00 per foot, per month. February – $24.00 per foot, per month. March – $26.00 per foot, per month. April – $34.00 per foot, per month.
