Seville Harbour Marina and the unique Houseboats of Seville Harbour are nestled in between the Port of Pensacola to the south and historic waterfront Bartram Park & Seville Square to the north. Just blocks away from Palafox Street and the Seville historic district, it is an easy walk to all the offerings of downtown Pensacola. The basin is protected by a metal sheet pile breakwater with granite riprap. The marina offers floating docks with Ipe decking, environmentally friendly Eco-Pile composite pilings and 240v-30/50/100 Amp power & 208v 3-phase 100 Amp power with state-of-the-art GFCI protection against stray current. Gated aluminum ADA compliant gangways offer marina security. Water depths of 8’-10’ allow for vessels up to 125’ in length, with all side-tie slips. The amenities include Wi-Fi, the BathMat (bathrooms with showers/laundry), the Grill Deck and a fish cleaning station. Also home of the Marina Office, this well protected marina is an ideal location for long term, transient, and daily dockage – or – a short-term vacation rental in one of the Houseboats.
