Spruce Harbour Marina is a gem of a marina, located in downtown Vancouver, BC, on the south shore of False Creek just east of Granville Island. The marina is owned and operated by the Greater Vancouver Floating Home Co-op (GVFHC) as a cooperative where members can live aboard their vessel. The Co-op owns and operates the liveaboard marina that consists of 55 liveaboard slips. There is an additional 50 long term recreational slips. There is no transient moorage available.
