Extremely easy access, directly off the ICW. Use the well-marked channel into the basin directly off the ICW. There is almost no tide, as this portion of the ICW is behind a lock. Strong winds can, however, push the water higher or lower if they are sustained, as the water is quite shallow outside the channel

Slips have 2/3 length finger piers with fixed docks which are 4-feet above the water level, so plan on climbing out if you dock a power boat stern in. For a sailboat going bow in, the height of the fixed dock is perfect for easy on and off. Weekly, monthly, and annual dockage rates are available. Weekly: $6.50 per foot. Monthly: $10.50 per foot. Annual (12 months): $8.50 per foot (requires deposit). Mooring Field: $225.00 Monthly – $100.00 Weekly. Ask about catamarans. 10% discount on daily transient stays with BoatUS card. The dockage pricing is by the foot for the length of the entire vessel (LOA).
