Twin Islands is a great destination for kayaks or stand up paddleboards on a longer day paddle or close overnight trip from Deep Cove. These two islands earned their name because they share a sandy beach connecting them together at low tide.Overnight camping is permitted on the North island where there are a few marked tent sites and more space for you to find your own spot. There are rustic outhouses but NO running water. It is possible to walk from the smaller southern island to the main, much larger northern island at low tide. On the Eastern side of the Northern Island is a public dock where you can tie up your kayak and disembark to access the Islands. The cliffs on the east side are a popular spot for daredevil jumpers but obviously only do so with great caution.
