Whale Creek Marina, situated at 2608 S Bayview Drive in Strathmere, New Jersey, is a family-owned and operated full-service marina that has been a cornerstone of the coastal community since 2007. Named after the nearby Whale Beach, where whales once beached themselves in the 1950s, the marina is a vibrant hub of maritime activity. Located near Corson’s Inlet State Park and along the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route, Whale Creek Marina offers a range of amenities, including boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, as well as a well-stocked shop with fresh bait, tackle, and rods.

The marina is known for its laid-back and friendly atmosphere, hosting striper tournaments and free fishing seminars. The adjacent public boat ramp is a key stop on the Jersey Island Blueway, making it an ideal spot for both locals and visitors. With plenty of free parking and a commitment to family fun, Whale Creek Marina continues the tradition of Frank’s Boat Rentals, which it acquired in 2013. Here, you can immerse yourself in the rich maritime culture and enjoy the serene beauty of Ludlam Bay.
