We’d rather be upfront now than waste anyone’s time. Lake is a specific kind of platform with a specific kind of mission. The creators who thrive here are those who genuinely share it.
Lake, river, coast — the outdoors isn’t just a backdrop for you. It’s where you feel most like yourself, and your audience knows it.
Your content could comfortably play on a family movie night. Grandparents follow you. Parents share your posts with their kids. That’s the audience we’re serving.
You capture dock breakfasts, kids catching their first fish, evenings around a fire. Your content has heart — not just high production value.
You leave things better than you found them. You’re a good neighbor and a respectful guest. Hosts who open their homes to you can trust you.
No edgy content, nothing you’d hide from a child. Joyful, wholesome, and genuine — that’s the Lake voice, and yours too.
We work with creators from 5K to 500K+ followers. What matters is that your community actually listens — follower count alone doesn’t open doors here.
Wild weekends, club content, or anything nightlife-forward isn’t the Lake story. We love fun — just not that kind.
We don’t use words like “manifest,” “vibe,” “reset your soul,” or New Age spiritual framing. Our content reflects a biblical worldview — goodness, beauty, and truth.
If your feed is stunning but could sell anything — hotels, cars, smoothies — we may not be the right partnership. We need creators whose love of the lake is real, not rented.
Hosted stays are Sunday through Thursday only — no Fridays, Saturdays, or Federal Holidays. If that doesn’t work for your schedule, this isn’t the right fit right now.
We have a clear voice, clear standards, and clear content requirements. If you prefer total creative freedom without brand direction, a hosted stay partnership may not be the right model.
Creator stays are hosted exchanges — complimentary lodging in return for content deliverables. Monetary compensation isn’t part of the base program, though licensing conversations are always possible.
The Process
Simple from application
to check-in
We keep things clear and straightforward — because that’s how we run everything at Lake.
Tell us who you are, how you create, and why the lake matters to you. We review every application personally — usually within 5–7 business days.
If approved, we’ll match you with a host property that fits your geographical location, content style, guest list size, and the story you’re looking to tell.
You’ll sign a Creator Agreement, confirm your dates Sunday–Thursday, and arrive ready to capture. Cleaning fee applies; a card on file is required.
Post your content, tag @lakedotcom, and disclose as hosted. You’ve just helped a family somewhere discover their next lakeside memory.

Every piece of content we create — and that our creators share — is rated E for Everyone. That means grandparents, parents, and kids can all be part of the audience.
Lake communicates through the lens of goodness, beauty, and truth. Our content and language reflect our values — we don’t use New Age, spiritual buzzwords, or framing that conflicts with our faith foundation.
We celebrate what God made — the water, the sky, the mountains, the seasons. Our content invites people into creation, not just another luxury experience.
We require proper FTC disclosures. We don’t hide fees, we don’t mislead guests, and we don’t ask creators to misrepresent their experience. What you see is what you get.
Host families trust us — and trust you — with their homes. Creators in this program treat every property as if it were a dear friend’s lake house: with care, gratitude, and respect.
We love bold, joyful exploration — but we’re measured. No dangerous behavior, no recklessness by the water, no content that would make a parent nervous. Adventurous and wise.
