Number of licence: 969923 - Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. - EACH sofa bed will be made up at an additional ONE TIME PAYMENT: For one person AED 80 - The deposit cost is AED 2000, it should be paid at check in time. - KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are part of the property & provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi. It is accessible to all major transportations – train, tram, metro and taxis providing guests the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions easily. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is a 5-minute walk. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai.

The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development, but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors. The marketplace near the apartment has a wide array of clothing shops and all types of stores which can keep you busy and happy for a long time. There are also numerous restaurants in walking distance from the apartment offering dishes from everywhere in the world. The most notable cuisines would be Turkish, Chinese, Lebanese, Russian, Greek, Mexican, Italian, and Japanese. Everything needed for a comfortable rest will be at your disposal!
