- Outdoor seating with a swing and chairs to watch the sunset. Deck & tables
- Grill, hot tub, fire pit, 2 smart TVs (Amazon Prime Video, Roku, Netflix, standard cable), free Wi-Fi, W&D in the laundry room, stairs to the lake, and outdoor security cameras around the property.
- Neighbor dogs NOT fenced in and roam the neighborhood onto the property.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen bunk beds and a twin trundle.
Guest access:
Whole house.
Other things to note:
The house is on a cliff with no fence or barrier. Due to not being fenced, this property is not suitable for young children.
Steep stairs lead down to the lake.
Check-in is between 3pm and 11pm. Check-out before 11am. You do a self-check-in with a keypad.
Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am.
SAFETY:
This property is not suitable for children under 13 years of age. It is on a cliff without railing or fencing, on a body of water (lake). The hot tub does not have a gate or a lock.
SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at all entrances and driveway and are continually recording sound and images.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE:
Gather any used towels, throw away trash, turn things off, lock up, and ensure the hot tub cover is back on the hot tub and secured.
HOUSE RULES
1. No pets.
2. No smoking in the home.
3. No unplugging wifi.
4. No parties, events, or extra guests.
5. No covering the outdoor security cameras. They are continually recording.
6. Limit 5 cars. No parking on grass or road is allowed.
7. Please refrain from making noise past 11 pm.
8. A RENTAL AGREEMENT and WAIVER is required to be electronically signed by the guest making the reservation within 48 hours of booking. The door code will not be given until received. ALL GUESTS STAYING OR VISITING AT THE PROPERTY WILL NEED TO SIGN HARD COPY OF THE WAIVER.
9. 25 is the minimum age to rent. Photo ID required. No door code will be given if not provided.
10. ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET (No feminine products, wipes, diapers, paper towels, etc.)
11. Place the hot tub cover on after each use. DO NOT leave cover off the hot tub while not in use.
Breaking any of these rules will cause the reservation to be immediately canceled with no refund.
