50 minutes from Waco.
Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, sunroom, screened-in recreation room, hot tub, outdoor shower, propane griddle grill, fire pit w/ furniture, 4 TVs, free Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry machine, cornhole, washers. Continuously recording security cameras are located outside around the property and at the entrances.
Neighbor dogs are NOT fenced and roam onto our property.
The space:
Guest have lake access just steps from the back door by a trail where they can kayak SUP board or fish.
Guest access:
Guest have the whole house.
Other things to note:
This home is on the water and on a cliff with no fence or barrier. Children will need to be monitored. There is a trail to the lake.
Security:
We have security cameras aiming towards all the entrances and are continually recording sound and image. Ring doorbell is located at the front entrance and is continuously recording. There are no cameras inside.
Before you leave:
Gather any used towels, throw away trash, turn things off, lock up, close all blinds, and ensure the hot tub cover is back on the hot tub and secured.
HOUSE RULES
1. No pets allowed. A minimum of $150 will be added to your booking if this rule is broken and the reservation is canceled with no refund.

4. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

7. ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET (No feminine products, wipes, diapers, paper towels, etc.)
8. Do not turn off Wi-Fi or cover outdoor security cameras.
9. A RENTAL AGREEMENT and WAIVER are required to be electronically signed by the guest making the reservation within 48 hours of booking. The door code will not be given until received. ALL GUESTS STAYING OR VISITING THE PROPERTY WILL NEED TO SIGN A HARD COPY OF THE WAIVER.
10. 25 is the minimum age to rent. Photo ID required. No door code will be given if not provided.
11. Place the hot tub cover on after each use. DO NOT leave cover off the hot tub while not in use.

This is a lake town and a small town with very bumpy roads leading to the home.
Neighborhood dogs are NOT fenced in and roam throughout the neighborhood and onto our property.
Groceries are available at Brookshire’s, Family Dollar and Dollar General.
Getting around:
4 car minimum.
Lake roads are very bumpy and lots of pot holes.
