Around Labor Day weekend 2025 (varies), the Adirondack Canoe Classic launches in Old Forge: 90 miles of racing and touring through the Fulton Chain, Raquette Lake and Saranac Lake waterways over three days. Nearly 400 two- and four-person crews compete in timed categories. Support boats and shoreline cheering stations mark the route. The finish at Saranac Lake’s City Beach concludes with awards and community celebration.
