Patoka Lake’s coves and tall shoreline trees are prime bald-eagle country. This indoor program at the Patoka Lake Interpretive Center shares what to look for, where to scan, and why eagles have become a signature sight in southern Indiana.
After the talk, take a short drive to a lake overlook for your own spotting session. Bring a thermos and a camera with zoom, and you have an easy half-day adventure.
