If your spring trip wish list includes rivers, riffles, and the quiet focus of a clean cast, this beginner workshop is a great place to start. In one full day at Schramm, instructors cover casting fundamentals, basic knots, and fly-tying skills meant to get anglers ready for trout and panfish season.
All equipment is provided, lunch is included, and the class is best for participants who can comfortably handle a 9-foot fly rod. Come early to explore the grounds, and stay after to walk off lunch on the trails.
