August 27–September 1, 2025 in Victorian Square, Sparks, NV, the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-Off pits 30+ pitmasters in rib-tasting competitions. Carnival rides and carnival games line Victorian Ave. Live country and rock bands perform on two outdoor stages. Family activities include BBQ-themed cooking demos and a Kids’ Q-Fun zone. Admission includes rib-tasting wristbands; concert access is free.
