Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival

For three days every Memorial Day Weekend, downtown Marktplatz in Fredericksburg turns into a Cajun-meets-Texas celebration with steaming crawfish, live music, and enough festival energy to fill the 100 block of West Main Street.
