Event details

The Jackson Hole Food & Wine Winter Fest runs March 6 to 8, 2025 for its seventh annual edition, with the 10th anniversary celebration scheduled for February 26 to 28, 2026.

Founded in 2016 by Megan Gallagher and Haynes Oakley, both veterans of the Jackson Hole Wine Auction, this three day festival transforms Teton Village into an elevated culinary destination where world class cuisine meets world class skiing.

The flagship experience, Wine Dinner at 9,000 Feet, exemplifies what sets the winter festival apart from its summer counterpart. Guests board the Bridger Gondola as evening light paints the Tetons amber, ascending to Piste Mountain Bistro for a multi course dinner paired with wines selected by visiting sommeliers.

Priced at $750 per person, with $400 tax deductible, the dinner sells out quickly. The 2025 edition featured Rick Bayless, a Michelin starred, James Beard Award winning, and Top Chef Masters champion chef. The 2026 event welcomes Joey Edwards, executive chef of Three Sisters at Blackberry Mountain in Tennessee.

Event pricing reflects the festival’s intimate, premium positioning. Highlights include the Lost Whiskey Spirits Tasting at $175, the Pinot Noir Wine Tasting at $195, the Big Wines, Small Plates six course dinner at $395, and the Winter Grand Tasting at $200 for general admission or $250 for early entry.

The Saturday evening Grand Tasting showcases signature dishes from local restaurants including Corsa, Glorietta Trattoria, and Piste Mountain Bistro, paired with more than 60 wines, craft beers from Melvin Brewing and Roadhouse Brewing, and spirits from Wyoming Whiskey.

All events are centered in Teton Village, allowing guests to walk between venues rather than navigate icy mountain roads. Proceeds from the festival benefit Hole Food Rescue, which redistributes approximately 5,000 pounds of nutritious food each week to 1,000 Teton County residents.
