April Little Saplings brings stories, science, and strolls

A springtime session of Little Saplings for ages 3–6 with stories, hands-on activities, and a short outdoor walk through Schramm Park’s trails and habitats.

Early April is when the woods around Schramm Park start to look awake again: fresh green tips, louder birds, and soft trails after a rain. Little Saplings brings preschoolers and caregivers together for a one-hour program of stories, hands-on learning, and a short guided outdoor walk.

It’s a low-stress way to spend a morning near the Platte River, and a good warm-up for bigger hikes later in the trip.
