You and fellow weekend warriors will launch from Pandora Marina’s floating docks—your choice of Phoenix, Skeeter, or Bass Cat rig—just as the sun dips below the tree-lined shoreline. As the mercury cools and the fish grow active, cast finesse worms or jerkbaits along submerged creek channels and rocky points, where pro angler and club founder Emily “Eagle Eye” Carter recommends focusing your efforts for those monster bites.

After each three-hour derby, weigh-in lines snake along the marina boardwalk, buzzing with chatter about the day’s biggest bag and the latest B’n’M Tungsten jig setups.
