The festival takes place from September 12 to 14, 2025. The daily schedule includes early morning balloon launches from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. A special highlight is the Night Glow on Friday evening, where balloon pilots illuminate their giant balloons under the night sky, creating a magical atmosphere from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The event is held at the Snowmass Soccer Fields, or more specifically, the launch field located next to Black Saddle at the Snowmass Club in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Snowmass Village is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, offering a breathtaking backdrop of natural beauty. The nearest airport is Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, and the venue is accessible via Highway 82.
