Over Labor Day weekend 2025 at Washington Park, Springfield Oyster & Beer Festival pours 130+ craft beers and features live oyster-shucking demos. Guests sample fresh East and West Coast oysters and local brews. Live rock and folk bands play under the pavilion. Charity raffle and silent auction benefit local restorations.
