Keep in mind that artificial lures are not allowed; you’ll need to use only dead shrimp or squid as bait—imported shrimp is not permitted. To create a safe and fair environment, all participants must use barbless hooks, and avoid treble hooks, steel leaders, corks, or floats. Each youth is limited to one rod at a time, with restrictions on using rod holders or chumming.
