Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in and check-out policies may vary depending on the listing. We want to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests. Our Check-in and Check-out Policy outlines the procedures and expectations for arrivals and departures to help facilitate a positive experience for both hosts and guests. Guests should maintain open communication with the host throughout their stay, including providing updates on arrival and departure times and notifying the host of any issues or concerns.

Check-in Procedures:

  • Guests are expected to arrive within the designated check-in window set by the host.
  • Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions from the host before their arrival, including directions to the property and access codes for entry.
  • Hosts or their representatives may greet guests upon arrival to provide keys, access cards, or electronic entry codes and answer any property questions.
  • Early check-ins and late arrivals may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and approval by the host. Guests should communicate their requests in advance to allow sufficient time to make arrangements.
  • Hosts may provide self-check-in instructions or arrange for key pickup from a designated location.

Check-out Procedures:

  • Hosts shall specify the check-out time, and guests must vacate the property by this time.
  • Guests are responsible for returning keys, access cards, or other entry devices to the host or following instructions for key drop-off.
  • Guests should ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the property and that it is left in a tidy and undamaged condition.
  • Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and approval by the host and guests should communicate their request for late check-out in advance to avoid conflicts with incoming guests and to allow time for cleaning and preparation.
  • Guests are responsible for returning all keys, access cards, or entry devices to the host or following instructions for key drop-off. Failure to return keys may result in additional charges for rekeying or replacement.
  • Hosts or their representatives may conduct a brief inspection of the property upon check-out to assess for damages or missing items.

Compliance with House Rules:

  • Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules and rental policies during their stay, including guidelines for noise, occupancy limits, and use of amenities. Failure to comply with house rules may result in penalties or eviction from the property.
  • Any discrepancies or damages should be reported to the host immediately to facilitate resolution.
