  1. Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified by the host for the rental property. Respect the designated capacity to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. 
  1. Noise and Quiet Hours: Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours specified by the host. Respect the peace and privacy of neighboring properties and fellow guests. 
  1. Smoking and Vaping: Follow the host’s smoking and vaping policies. Respect designated smoking areas and refrain from smoking or vaping in prohibited areas. 
  1. Pets: If the rental property allows pets, adhere to the host’s pet policy and guidelines. Ensure that pets are well-behaved, properly supervised, and cleaned up after during the stay. 
  1. Housekeeping and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the stay. Follow any housekeeping guidelines the host provides and ensure that the property is left clean and orderly upon departure. 
  1. Safety and Security: Prioritize personal safety and security during the stay. Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and contact information provided by the host. Report any safety concerns or issues promptly. 
  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: During the stay, abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Respect local customs and cultural norms and avoid engaging in any illegal or disruptive behavior. 
  1. Communication with Host: Maintain open and respectful communication with the host throughout the booking process and stay. Inform the host of any questions, concerns, or special requests promptly. 
  1. Feedback and Reviews: Provide constructive feedback and honest reviews after the stay. Share your experiences to help improve the vacation rental experience for future guests and hosts.
