Highlight Seasonal Specials or Updates

Keep your listing fresh by updating photos or highlighting seasonal experiences, like paddleboarding in summer or cozy fireside evenings in winter. Updates made in Direct automatically sync to Lake.com, so your listing stays current and relevant for browsers.

Centralized Management

Direct is built to centralize operations across messaging, calendars, reservations, and channels. With tools like a unified inbox and channel manager, you reduce context switching and keep availability consistent as you add Lake.com to your channel mix.

Automation and Efficiency

Direct is designed for repeatable execution. Use automation to standardize guest communication and operational workflows, and use task management to keep turnovers and property care on track. Your goal is fewer manual steps per reservation and fewer exceptions that require human intervention.
